AI Capacity Management: The New Competitive Advantage to Balance Demand, Labor, and Customer Experience
The most successful home service businesses are no longer focused on simply generating more leads. Instead, they are learning how to scale by managing the relationship between customer demand, technician capacity, and customer experience. Every missed call, delayed follow-up, or overloaded schedule represents lost revenue and operational strain.
This session explores how AI is helping operators respond instantly to demand, prioritize the right jobs, balance workloads, and improve consistency without adding headcount. Attendees will learn practical strategies for distributing work more evenly, improving booking outcomes, and building a more predictable, scalable operation.

Holistic Fuel Quality Management in the Era of ULSD, Biodiesel, Renewable Biodiesel & Ethanol
As fuel markets evolve toward low-carbon liquid energy, the composition and behavior of today’s fuels have fundamentally changed. Ultra-low sulfur heating oil and diesel have become more susceptible to absorbing water; biodiesel blends introduce solvency and cold-flow challenges; renewable diesel behaves differently across storage systems; and ethanol-blended gasoline is increasingly vulnerable to phase separation and corrosion.
This session delivers a holistic framework for managing fuel quality throughout the entire fuel lifecycle of bulk storage, distribution, transportation, and end-use equipment. Rather than viewing additives as the sole answer, this approach integrates testing, monitoring, housekeeping, and treatment strategies that help marketers, fleets, heating fuel dealers, and terminal operators protect their assets and improve reliability.
